Bug Description

lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 13.04
Release: 13.04

apt-cache policy monodevelop
monodevelop:
  Installed: 3.0.3.2+dfsg-1build1
  Candidate: 3.0.3.2+dfsg-1build1
  Version table:
 *** 3.0.3.2+dfsg-1build1 0
        500 http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring/universe amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start new solution.
2. Select Gtk# 2.0 project.
3. Enter appropriate project name and location details.
4. Make no changes to the Project Features dialog ans OK the solution to be generated.
5. Goto the MainWindow under the User Interface part of the solution tree and open it.
6. A blank window is displayed ready for widgets to be added to it.
7. Any attempt to drag-drop either a Button widget or a container widget (such as the Fixed one) is silently rejected. Nothing can be added to the window.

Expected behaviour:
7. Widget should have been added to the window.

I just moved the toolbox to the left side of the application and now I can add widgets to the window. I had moved it to the right side of the application previously.

This bug can be closed, but perhaps there's still an issue as to why moving the toolbox about renders the drag-drop feature useless.

Additional:

I f one carefully drags a widget over the blank window, avoiding passing over the solution and property pads, one can indeed drag-drop a widget from a toolbox that's been placed to the right of the application. This is definately unexpected behaviour.
