Ubuntu 9.04 ships with a version of mono that has this bug:

which prevents the XML-RPC.Net library:

from working properly.

The required patch is in SVN revision r118428. I don't consider this a critical bug as it doesn't affect software in Ubuntu. However, it should be easy enough to drop the above SVN revision into debian/patches for an SRU, if anyone wants to file SRU paperwork
