Mono Runtime error because of bug in LargeArrayBuilder in Mono 5.18

This bug happens in Mono 5.18, in Ubuntu Disco (19.04).
I am using the package 5.18.0.240+dfsg-2ubuntu2.

You can reproduce the bug with the attached test program.
It has been fixed upstream in Mono 5.20, with quite a simple patch.

I got the patch merged into the Debian Mono package:

Is there any chance, this patch could be applied to the next Ubuntu release (19.10), or even Ubuntu Disco (19.04)?

the patch has now been used in Debian Unstable:
https://tracker.debian.org/news/1063115/accepted-mono-5180240dfsg-4-source-all-amd64-into-unstable/

Any chance to get this still into Ubuntu 19.10?

We have now dsfg-5 in branch eoan-proposed, but it does not built due to an issue on s390x. see https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mono/5.18.0.240+dfsg-5/+build/17750817
