Bug Description

Behind a proxy i can't download Gnome-Do plugins, i'm with the same problem reported by sandi in bug #242298 with the same error:

ERROR: Could not get information from repository: http://do.davebsd.com/repo/0.5/official/main.mrep
System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.
  at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.CheckFinalStatus (System.Net.WebAsyncResult result) [0x00000]
  at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.SetResponseData (System.Net.WebConnectionData data) [0x00000]
