Really publish this cert to pool.sks-

Seems to be two bugs rolled in one, (1) I can't find mkmstempdir anywhere, (2) "0x${HOST_
This was version 0.28-1 from lucid. I also tried version 0.31-1 from Debian unstable and encountered exactly the same problem.
