monkey web server installation starts it up and bad things happen if another web server is running already

Binary package hint: monkey
The install script, naturally, tries to start up monkey, but if there is another web server running on port 80, the install script chokes and dies. Problem should be relatively easy to fix (I would think): if port 80 is in use, don't start it up.
