When triggering 3rd party driver during an install on reboot you get an error from mokutil

Bug Description

STEPS:
1. Install on vm or hardware with secureboot and uefi
2. During the install select install 3rd party drivers
3. Add a password for Mokutil
4. Complete the install
5. On reboot you get verfication failed(15) Access denied in the Mokutil uefi screen

EXPECTED:
Request of random characters for mokutil password

ACTUAL:
You get a blue screen with verfication failed(15) Access denied and an okay button any wifi drivers installed are not activated
