Modsecurity apache warning: ModSecurity: APR compiled version="1.6.2"; loaded version="1.6.3"

Recently started seeing the following message appear in modsecurity logs when Apache2 restarted:

ModSecurity for Apache/2.9.2 (http://www.modsecurity.org/) configured.
ModSecurity: APR compiled version="1.6.2"; loaded version="1.6.3"
ModSecurity: Loaded APR do not match with compiled!

config: 18.04LTS with repo-installed apache2 (2.4.29) and libapache2-mod-security2. Updates via auto/livepatch.

Does libapache2-mod-security2 in bionic repo need to be re-compiled?

i think this is what is crashing my apache at the moment at every graceful restart.
