Upgraded an other system today. Now waiting for ModemManager to shut down. As stated: at the time beeing I am waiting now 30 Minutes(!!!) for ModemManager to finish. Waiting on ...

After about 35 Minutes ModemManager shut down and the system rebooted.

Since further changes where necessary an other reboot: 25 minutes this time. The idea to use the given tools to get a debugging log -- OK, but does an empty log help??

Since latest upgrades modem manager shuts down within reasonable times (less than 4s). Bug seems fixed.

There wasn't any fix in ModemManager related to shutdown time, so it should have been some kernel related thing I guess.
