rc modemmanager 0.5-1ubuntu1 D-Bus service for managing modems

Common case where somebody might remove modemmanager and not know why they get a "fail" in their detailed boot log.

Should check for modemmanager in the pre-start in case it has been removed but not purged.

This bug was fixed in the package modemmanager - 0.5.1.96+git201202081807.635fce1-0ubuntu3

---------------
modemmanager (0.5.1.96+git201202081807.635fce1-0ubuntu3) precise; urgency=low

  * debian/ubuntu/modemmanager.upstart: Remove unnecessary expect fork as
this does the same thing as just exec'ing. Also check for existence of
modemmanager in case it has been removed but not purged. (LP: #942908)
