Bug Description

Binary package hint: modemmanager

When the 3G modem is in use, syslog gets filled with statistics which makes it difficult to find important messages. Gnome log viewer scrolls automatically to the bottom of log file when a new message appears and thus reading old messages is impossible.

This problem didn't exist in 10.04
