Bug Description
i have a 3G Modem ( Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. K3770 3G Modem ) which can't be displayed in Network Manager except in one case that is when it already bulged in when start to boot Ubuntu (14.04), while remove my modem from the USB port
then bulged it again, Network Manager can't detect the modem
when rebooting or shutdown Ubuntu (14.04) i wait for a long time to kill process modem-manger
