[needs-packaging] Need packaging of libqmi-glib

Current modem manager master branch has a dependency on libqmi, which means that we need to get it packaged to be able to support Modem Manager 0.7 with QMI support when it is released.

The source code is available at: http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libqmi with LGPL license. There are no versions tagged yet, but I have requested it.

Japp, I'm looking into it. Currently the problem is that the upstream clean target leaves artifacts behind (probably generated). That needs to be sorted out for dh etc. to be satisfied.
