Bug Description
Please sync mod-wsgi 4.7.1-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* No-change rebuild to drop python3.7.
* No-change rebuild to drop python3.7.
* No-change rebuild with fixed binutils on arm64.
* Build-depend on dh-python.
* Build --with python2,python3.
* No-change rebuild to generate dependencies on python2.
Most of the changes listed above are actually no-changes. The ones
that are true changes are related to Python 2 adjustments in the
package, which will no longer be needed since Debian's mod-wsgi
dropped Python 2 support.

Since the python2 package has no reverse dependency we can drop it and follow Debian on this:
$ reverse-depends -r groovy libapache2-mod-wsgi
@Sergio, could you file a RM bug and subscribe ~ubuntu-archive to remove the libapache2-mod-wsgi binary package as soon as this new version lands in the release pocket?
TIA!
