Segmentation fault

Segmentation fault error with apache2 & mod_dav (webdav).
Same error as described here:
http://www.outoforder.cc/projects/apache/mod_gnutls

In mod_gnutls v. 0.5.8 the problem has been fixed, but the package is not available as dpkg yet.

The maintainer Jack Bates <email address hidden> could not be contacted, because his mailbox is full (over quota).

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.

I thought, as the bug may crash the apache server, this could be security related.
Up to you to decide.

Couldn't contact the GNU/Linux Debian maintainer, as his mailbox is full.
