Bug Description

Trying to upgrade from 16.04 to 18.04 and get stopped with this error.

Reattempts still fail with the following:

Setting up libapache2-mod-gnutls (0.8.2-3ubuntu1) ...
dpkg: error processing package libapache2-mod-gnutls (--configure):
 installed libapache2-mod-gnutls package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 1

I resolved this situation by purging and reinstalling the package

# Remove and reinstall got past it
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libapache2-mod-gnutls
sudo apt-get purge libapache2-mod-gnutls

sudo apt-get install libapache2-mod-gnutls
