Bug Description

In Pakistan there is CDMA internet service "WorldCall Wireless" its not listed when creating a connection. it does not require any username or password but having it in the setup wizard would be great.

Once this gets committed upstream we can think of cutting a new "release" snapshot of mbpi for upload to Precise and SRU to the other releases.
