APN address wrong for T-Mobile in Croatia

The APN address for T-Mobile is "web.htgprs" not "web.htgpr" (the "s" is missing). This gave me quite a hard time connecting for the first time until I noticed it was misspelled. That would be it!

I have attached a patch that fixes this and I also added info on the third Croatian provider Tele2

Can you please refresh the patch against 20100302-1 and resubscribe ubuntu-sponsors then. Is this taken from upstream?
