Binary package hint: mm-common
Availability: http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/m/mm-common
Rationale: mm-common is a new build-time dependency of glibmm2.4. It provides a bunch of autotools scripts for other mm programs to use during build time.
Security: no security issue known right now. No binaries running as root or suid/sgid.
Quality Assurance:
* package works out of the box
* package is synced from Debian, with the outstanding exception of 0.9.3 which has been updated in Ubuntu, but not in Debian yet.
* It has no opened bugs in either Debian BTS or on Launchpad.
* Upstream is calm (though mm-common is being developed by the same team that develops all other mm bindings and other projects are more active)
* No outstanding upstream bugs (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=mm-common)
* Doesn't depend on hardware; has no tests
UI standards: Doesn't come with any UI
Compliant with oth FHS and the Debian policy
Packaged using cdbs, with barebone d/rules file
All dependencies are already in main
Maintainance: Package requires almost none maintainance - there has been a single upstream release in last 12 month, and the single debian release. As glibmm is a part of ubuntu-desktop package set it is going to be maintained by both it and gnomemm team.
Internationalization: non needed |
