broken package, /etc/ini.d/mldonkey-server script is buggy

Bug Description
Binary package hint: mldonkey-server
I've just tryed to install the mldonkey-server package on Kubuntu Dappe. It doesn't install properly (doesn't correctly create the config files) and the /etc/init.
It also gives errors when trying to uninstall the package.
Also please notice that a new version is available (v. 2.7.6), the package may be updated, it would fix some bugs, but may be not the install script issue.
