Bug Description

I am getting network errors when Miro tries to connect to the internet/network and I have configured automatic network proxying:

    Unable to load page
    Problem occurred while loading the URL http://www.miroguide.com/
    Cannot resolve proxy hostname ()

I am attaching the output to the console when running Miro.

I am using system wide proxy settings which uses Squid as proxy:

    % cat /usr/local/etc/proxy.pac
    function FindProxyForURL(url, host) {
      return "PROXY localhost:3128";
    }

Changing this to "No proxy" makes Miro work.
