Bug Description

Binary package hint: indicator-sound

I open Rhythmbox and set a song playing then close it so it hides to indicator-sound.
I open Miro (but do not play anything) and hide it to the system tray.

'Next song' multimedia button does not work.

Having rhythmbox open or exiting Miro fully solves the problem

Thanks for reporting this.

Sounds like Miro is stealing focus from rhythmbox which would make sense considering rhythmbox is hidden. Although miro is minimized also so it should not be doing this.
Marking invalid for indicator-sound. The issue does not belong here. Sounds like a window manager issue coupled with Miro, but I can't be sure.
