If id just disconnects wifi or ethernet cable everything return to normal. Which make sending report very difficult. Seems like this is not a wifi driver issue. But it makes the system unusuable.

the log has 'miredo' errors, do you need that component or could you try without it?

I'm not sure never used it directly this is a kinda ipv4 to ipv6 tunnel I suppose. Not much use for me now. How I can disable it.

It's not installed by Ubuntu by default so you installed it. If you are not using it then simply

$ sudo apt remove miredo

and restart your system and see if that resolve the issue

Yes I checked. Seems after remove the package system works as expected.

reassigning to miredo then since it seems to be an issue due to this component

affects: network-manager (Ubuntu) → miredo (Ubuntu)

I have the same issue with the miredo package version 1.2.6 on Kubuntu 22.04.01. The service reconnects to the public Teredo server every 30 seconds. For me personally, it is a critical issue because Miredo is the only way I can access IPv6 servers.
