Bug Description

package in Ubuntu 11.04 seems to be broken - german translation file (de.mo) is installed but never used. Program interface in english only.

Anton Asche (aasche) wrote :

workaround:

sudo mkdir -p /usr/local/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES
sudo cp /usr/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/mirage.mo /usr/local/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/mirage.mo

conclusion: locale support is broken in trunk

Changed in mirage (Debian):
status: Unknown → New

True workaround is to remove the gettext line containing /usr/local/share/locale in mirage.py
