Bug Description

[regression] MIR_CLIENT_PERF_REPORT on a nested server doesn't work (never reports) with fullscreen clients

Because a nested server is also a client you can use MIR_CLIENT_PERF_REPORT=log on it. However this has stopped working when the nested server is rendering a fullscreen client.

Workaround:
Start your nested server with --nested-passthrough=OFF

Hmm, no seems like a bug. The nested server provides a compositor report during passthrough so it should be possible to reinstate MIR_CLIENT_PERF_REPORT for it too.
