Bug Description

mir_demo_standalone_render_to_fb cannot be quit or switched away from. It doesn't seem to have the same Ctrl+Alt+Backspace or Ctrl+Alt+Fn support our other demos do.

To kill it you actually have to ssh in from another machine.

So the demo doesn't start the server, so neither the main loop nor the input stack will be started up.

I think more than an example, this a utility that helps during h/w bringup and as such is very minimal.
 I'm not sure if we should introduce input monitoring.

OK, then being a graphics program of some sort, we should be able to exit or quit still :)
