Shouldn't the Phonon backend used by Minitube take care of preventing the screensaver?

inhibit-screensaver-during-playback Edit (2.1 KiB, text/plain)

A patch using the xdg-screensaver functionality to block screensaver during playback. The screensaver is inhibited when video is playing and uninhibited while playback is paused/stopped.
