Bug Description

Some software, such as https://github.com/mritchielab/FLAMES, requires paftools.js (in addition to minimap2) for converting annotation to bed12 files. It appears that paftools.js is not packaged with minimap2:

It would be helpful if paftools.js were installed along with the minimap2 executable.
