Bug Description

Binary package hint: yabause

When I attempt to launch Yabause, instead of the main window showing, a segmentation fault occurs and the program therefore fails to work. Using either the QT or GTK frontend does not make an difference.

Using Karmic Beta with yabause 0.9.10-1, yabause-common 0.9.10-1 and yabause-qt 0.9.10-1.

The bug is not in Yabause itself but in mini18n. I created a 0.1 branch for mini18n in the upstream repository and commited a fix, the patch is here: http://yabause.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/yabause/branches/mini18n_0_1/mini18n/src/mini18n.c?view=patch&r1=2410&r2=2409&pathrev=2410

I can do a 0.1.1 release if there's need for it.

@Guillaume: Thanks for the patch, I have noticed from the patch that I am not the only person affected, so a 0.1.1 release may be very helpful. I've also updated this bug to reflect that the bug is in mini18n.

Ok, I just uploaded a fixed mini18n 0.1.0-2 to Debian sid.
Now someone has to pull the package to Karmic :)
