Bug Description

The migration wizard asks for credentials with which to create an account into which it will migrate settings, but it is unclean whether or not one must then enter the same credentials on the following 'who are you' step.

I agree and think that these two dialogs are presented to the user in the wrong order.

I think it's more logical to have "Who are you?" and then "Migrate Documents and Settings". Now it is the other way around.

I also think the order should be different. Then, in the second step, there could be an option to use the previously entered username of the first user or enter a new user.

That way, if the already added first user is used, the password and other data don't have to be entered twice, clearing the confusion.
