Bug Description
The migration wizard asks for credentials with which to create an account into which it will migrate settings, but it is unclean whether or not one must then enter the same credentials on the following 'who are you' step.

I agree and think that these two dialogs are presented to the user in the wrong order.
I think it's more logical to have "Who are you?" and then "Migrate Documents and Settings". Now it is the other way around.
