HTML link close to scroll bar overlaps and prevents scrolling

See attached screenshot for details (the mouse pointer is in the lower right corner and should appear as the one displayed while hoovering over a HTML link, but it isn't displayed correctly in the resulting image because of [`gnome-screenshot` bug 1481334](https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-screenshot/+bug/1481334)). Clicking on the scrollbar causes the link to be opened.
