Bug Description
Meterbridge has never come anywhere near to correctly implementing either a VU meter or Peak Programme Meter, as defined in IEC 60268 (parts 17 and 10 respectively). This package ought to be deprecated in favour of jmeters, which is a complete rewrite and does the job properly. Since version 0.4.1, jmeters has implemented both types of meter (and the DIN and EBU types) in accordance with the standards.
