Bug Description
Hi,
when I move the mouse pointer to a window's 'maximize' button, and waiting for the tooltip ("Maximize window") show, a "Close window" tooltip gets up after I clicked on the 'maximize' button immediately, and I can't remove it from the screen anymore.
The only way to remove it, I need to size back the window, and move the pointer again to the buttons to show up a tooltip again.

I can't get rid of this (see attachment), only if I move the mouse again to the buttons, to generate a tooltip again.
