Bug Description

Binary package hint: metacity

Metacity (and hopefully mutter), should support the atom _NET_RESTACK_WINDOW ad explained in this specification:
http://standards.freedesktop.org/wm-spec/wm-spec-1.3.html#id2506866

This is already supported upstream in 2.34.0, see:

It doesn't seem to honor it well as it behaves like it doesn't..
