Bug Description
Binary package hint: metacity
To reproduce the bug:
* Create 2 windows (say a gedit and a xterm)
* Maximize the gedit window by double clicking its title bar
* alt-tab to the xterm
* attempt to move the xterm by dragging its title bar with the mouse
Attempting to grab the xterm instead grabs the gedit window.
