Bug Description

After the start of Totem by clicking on media files the window is resized in a way that the window title bar is moved out of the top of the screen.

More knowledgeable users would know that by right clicking on the rest of the visible window borders they can get to the window menu, but for average users this is just a blocker.

I'm able to reproduce your bug using Dapper 20060522.

Confirming, steps to reproduce:
1. Open Nautilus and go to /usr/share/example-content.
2. Click to open SeeUbuntu.ogg, Totem opens playing the file.
3. Close Totem.
4. Click to open SeeUbuntu.ogg again from Nautilus. The totem window title bar is not shown anymore and is hidden under the top panel. This is a usability issue. The window actions are only acessible by right clicking the taskbar or right clicking a window border.

Isn't this a window manager bug? The metacity window manager should place the window in such a way that the title bar is always visible.

A friend of mine experienced it for quite some time and solved it by setting
the position of the window I think in the file /usr/share/totem/totem.glade.

What is open on the workspace where you do those steps to get the bug? Does it happen due to the window resizing to adapt the window to the movie? Note that the right click comment is wrong, if the window bar is under the panel a left click on a border open the menu for that reason
