Metacity doesn't honor moved panels when maximizing

Bug Description
Binary package hint: metacity
When using TwinView and moving a gnome-panel from one monitor to another, maximizing windows doesn't take into account the new position of the panel. Windows on the monitor on which the panels were placed when the session started still leave room where the panel was, windows on the other monitor still maximize as if the panel wasn't there and thus are rendered partly below the panel. This is especially annoying because they loose their window control buttons on the title bar if the moved panel was a top panel.
This is a regression to Intrepid
