alt-tab does not work while dragging

Bug Description

Binary package hint: metacity

bug 150702 is fixed fortunately, so alt-shift-tab works now. but alt-tab while dragging does not yet. try the following:
 1. drag a file, hold mouse button pressed
 2. alt-tab
 3. (should but does not) tab through windows to find target to drop file

compiz effects are enabled.

SoloTurn: Are you reporting this bug against Metacity, or Compiz? You say you have Compiz turned on, yet the bug is filed against Metacity.

For Metacity, this is known in the upstream bug tracker:
