Bug Description

I am attaching a screenshot of 1 annoying error where in customize window no thumbnails are showing, but only of the wallpapers and the cursors, no one of the themes, controls, windows borders and the icon themes thumbnails are visible. it is not something to-die-for, but please understand me that it is so annoying ;) let it be fixed soon, coz i have it 1 and a half month already :)

could you give details on the issue, what ubuntu version are you using? do you still get the bug? do you have anything listed in .xsession-errors about the issue?

I have this problem on another distro (Archlinux) and the problem happen when I delete my old user and create a new user with an empty home. so I think this is a gnome problem, I post this information here may be it can help.
There is no information on .xsession-errors and when I launch the application from terminal, no error is available on terminal too.
By closing the application (by close button) application release the terminal (my prompt is back for another command) but application eat the CPU and by sending SIGTERM I can kill the application.
