Bug Description
It would be a useful feature (at least in my opinion), if the logout dialog was
shown when a user presses Ctrl+Alt+Delete. This is also somewhat
Windows-compatible. I achieve it with the following commands:
$ gconftool-2 -t str --set /apps/metacity/
"<Control>
$ gconftool-2 -t str --set /apps/metacity/
"gnome-session-save --kill"

Ideally, fast-user switching should be worked into the logout dialog as well
