Binary package hint: gnome-panel

The problem seems to be related to the use of special window effects. Disappears after trying to enable the special effects again. But sometimes reappears after restarting the computer.

Thank you for your bug. Do you use the session storing? Does moving .gnome2/session makes the next login work? It could be a duplicate of bug #106350
