Bug Description
I've installed Kubuntu 10.10 on a Acer Aspire One netbook.
The interface has been set up as "netbook" but I have changed it to "desktop" in System Settings-
While I can see the usual panel and desktop, all applications are missing the windows decorations and widgets so I cannot resize or move the related windows.
How can I have a real KDE desktop?
