No dialog when inserting dvd/cd

Bug Description

I have kubuntu 8.10.
When I insert a usb storage, I get a nice dialog. But when I insert a data cd or dvd, I get no dialog. The location is also not added to dolphin.
I have to manually mount the cd or dvd to use them.

Is this still a problem in Kubuntu 9.04? Also, are these data CDs and DVDs already burned or do they need to be burned?

No it is not. Already data containing devices are listed in dolphin, others are listed in the device notifier widget which redirects to a selection dialog for what to do with the data (play, burn etc.)
