Bug Description

How to reproduce:
1. Install vanilla 22.10 daily build
2. Install kde-plasma-desktop metapackage
3. When asked, choose SDDM as the default DM.
4. Log out and click the password field

What is expected to happen:
Password field becomes active

What happens:
Virtual keyboard covers the entire screen, obscuring password field

Why this happens, to my knowledge:
SDDM enables the qtvirtualkeyboard input method by default (https://github.com/sddm/sddm/commit/ef7e0812dab3d2e56b2ad388e6c45ca5c84391d7), but virtual keyboard support is not implemented in the default debian-maui theme. It does work correctly in the sddm-theme-breeze theme, which is default in Kubuntu. However, when kde-plasma-desktop is installed from default ubuntu, qtvirtualkeyboard is as well, but sddm-theme-breeze isn't, and sddm-theme-debian-maui is used instead.

Possible solutions:
A. Install sddm-theme-breeze with kde-plasma-desktop/kde-standard/kde-full.
B. Fix sddm-theme-maui and sddm-theme-debian-maui upstream to make qtvirtualkeyboard work with them.
