Network is disconnecting & reconnecting in loop

Hello,

In some cases of booting , The network is not connecting directly. And need to restart to connect.

In some other cases, Network is disconnecting & reconnecting in loop.

I fix this case by
$nmcli connection up [uuid]
but it is not working in all cases.
