FFe: KDE Telepathy 0.5.0

A new release of KDE Telepathy, 0.5.0, is available. The release comes with alot of bug fixes while introducing some new features as well.

Proposed changes : The Kubuntu team would like to get 0.5.0 into Quantal since 0.5.0 is alot better than the current 0.4.1 release in Quantal.

Benefit : KDE Telepathy is shipped as the default IM client for Kubuntu and it would be better to ship a more up-to-date release with fewer bugs.
