Bug Description
Every app that requires GNUstep fails in a similar way:
$ TimeMon
2011-01-21 09:26:33.156 TimeMon[19685] Problem posting notification: <NSException: 0x1645a30> NAME:NSRangeExc
Segmentation fault
$ Gorm
2011-01-21 09:27:45.696 Gorm[19698] Problem posting notification: <NSException: 0x2331950> NAME:NSRangeExc
Segmentation fault
ProjectCenter fails slightly differently when it fails to load Gorm
$ ProjectCenter
2011-01-21 09:27:34.315 ProjectCenter[
2011-01-21 09:27:34.316 ProjectCenter[
2011-01-21 09:27:34.317 ProjectCenter[
2011-01-21 09:27:34.317 ProjectCenter[
Segmentation fault
In all cases, the app icon is displayed briefly in the lower left corner of the current workspace. With ProjectCenter, it waits until receiving a click, and then quits as shown above.

This is happening on 10.04 Lucid as well.
