Bug Description
When Sticky Keys is enabled for a user in GNOME Settings > Accessibility > Typing in Ubuntu 23.10, after typing the user's password to log in, a black screen appears momentarily and then the login screen returns, with journalctl showing:

systemd[13871]: Failed to start <email address hidden> - GNOME Shell on Wayland.
This happens on a different, newer user account too, as well as while moving all hidden files in $HOME to a backup folder and only enabling Sticky Keys via gsettings before logging in.
Performing "gsettings set org.gnome.

Looks like Settings > Accessibility > Typing > Enable by Keyboard must be off as well to log in (gsettings set org.gnome. desktop. a11y.keyboard enable false).
