Bug Description

After the latest upgrade I am not able to move or resize windows unless the supper key is pressed. My setup is close to the default setup. The issues is not resolved when disabling all the extensions.

In my case, this doesn't all applications.

These applications work ok:
Thunderbird, GnuCash, LibreOffice, Virt Mananger

These applications can't be moved / resized without the super key pressed or right clicking on window title bar:
Lollypop, Files, Calculator, Document Scanner, Remmina

This system is running with an NVIDIA graphics card, so is using an X11 session.

My other systems that don't have NVIDIA graphics cards seem to work ok when running a Wayland session.

I cannot resize with the super key. I have to use the top bar menu for that.

I applied the latest updates this morning and the issue is resolved on my system.
