Docker appeared on the lockscreen and login screen.

Using Ubuntu 18.10

What do i expect to happen :
  I expect docker to disappear in the lock screen.
What happens instead :
Docker doesn't disappear it stays in and can be interacted.
For example execute firefox from the docker, that doesn't appear on the lock and login screen.
Rarely bugs happens then I manually lock computer or close computer.

I am seeing the exact same problem as described in the previous posts with screenshots.
